Between Needing and Living....

We often find our judgement wrong because we mostly follow what the heart wants. But what the heart wants is not necessarily what it needs. We want to believe that its right, without considering any other factors. So the heart is not always right. Then again, what else is a better judge and decision maker than the heart? The brain?

Well, one can argue that. But it is the brain that reconfirms what the heart wants and rarely disagree with it. And when both the heart and brain disagree, its always the heart that has the final say. We are often driven by our emotions rather than our cognition. We always say 'follow your instinct'. So there has got to be some truth in that.

When one's heart is experiencing a turmoil, its judgement is also affected. So how can we know its the right one (by what the heart really wants) or not? How can we trust our instincts now? How can we decide then?

The one person you can't live without........
